Built on over a decade of real-world training, education, and tested experience, Hybrid Athlete: Volume 1 is an 8-week program designed to help you lift heavier, run faster, build muscle, and become an all-around asset—physically and mentally.
These are the workouts that built my foundation. Over 60 uniquely crafted sessions, each one tested, refined, and proven over years of application. This is how I train—and how I’ve achieved results across multiple domains of fitness.
Designed for intermediate to advanced athletes, this program demands consistency, discipline, and grit. You’ll train five days a week, with three of those days featuring two workouts—covering everything from lifting and running to rucking and functional fitness. No gymnastics or overly complex movements—just hard, effective training that can be done in any standard gym.
